At Catalyst Support Services we love the country. Our home base is based on a farm in Meringandan West (25 minutes out of Toowoomba), so the country is in our blood. Chinchilla has a unique country charm and a great tight-knit community which we have fallen in love with. The “Melon Capital of Australia” holds a special place in our hearts and we are honoured to serve the local community through NDIS-related services.
NDIS Registered Providers in Chinchilla
We are very proud of gaining our NDIS Registered Provider status in February 2023. The NDIS Registered Provider status means that our services and support workers operate at a high standard. To get the status we had to undergo a quality audit of our services, and also a “background check” suitability assessment of our leaders/key personnel. We are glad to have worked with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to achieve this status and are excited to help a wider range of participants to a greater capacity.
Social Activities for NDIS Participants in Chinchilla
Catalyst Support Services provide many social activities for our NDIS participants. Ranging from arts and crafts, to woodwork, to regular go-karting events. We love to see people unlocking their potential and we believe social activities are a great environment to foster this.

STA, MTA and Respite for NDIS Participants
At Catalyst Support Services we offer short term accommodation (STA), medium term accommodation (MTA) and respite services for NDIS Participants. Whether you want to stay local or go further afield, we can support you where you need.
We also offer respite services at Catalyst’s own farm. Located just 25 minutes out of Toowoomba, the Catalyst farm has gorgeous views and plenty of farm animals to keep you entertained.
