Catalyst Support Services provides personalised disability and aged care support designed to help participants live safely, independently, and with dignity. Our supports include personal care, assistance with daily living, domestic help, transport, community participation, community nursing, social support, and in-home assistance. Every service is tailored to the participant’s individual goals, preferences, and support needs so they can maintain independence and quality of life.
We support NDIS participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed, as well as privately funded clients and aged care participants where applicable.
