Our Yard Maintenance Team
Our yard maintenance services are delivered by a dedicated team of two support workers. A team leader will be assigned to your home, and we will make every effort to maintain consistency so you see the same familiar faces each visit.
To maximise efficiency and reduce costs for our clients, our team schedules yard maintenance jobs in logical routes that minimise travel time. While we will always try to meet your preferred time, please note that exact times cannot always be guaranteed.
Our Commitment to You
Catalyst Support Services is committed to providing high-quality, reliable yard maintenance that helps keep your outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and enjoyable. We will:
- Supply all labour, equipment, and materials required to perform the service.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are adequately maintained for safe and professional work.
- Dispose of grass clippings and other green waste in the council-provided outdoor bin.
- Respect your home, property, and privacy at all times. Our only purpose while on-site is to complete your yard maintenance.
Your Role as the Client
To help us deliver the best possible service, we ask that you:
- Allow our team access to your property on scheduled days during business hours, or at another mutually agreed time.
- Provide any special products you'd like us to use (e.g. weed killer or fertiliser).
- Clear toys, furniture, pet waste, or other clutter from the yard before our visit, as our team does not move these items.
- Notify Catalyst Support Services within 24 hours if any incident, damage, or concern arises related to the service.
