Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support that provides help and supervision for people living with disability to build independence and live more confidently at home. Since everyone's needs are different, SIL support can include assistance with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, personal care, managing appointments, and travel. 

At Catalyst Support Services, we take a flexible and person-centred approach to SIL. We work closely with you and your support network to design a support package tailored to your goals, preferences, and available funding. Depending on your needs, our team can provide support in your own home, shared accommodation, or tailored housing arrangements.

SIL is different from Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). While some participants may be eligible for both, you do not need to receive them from the same provider. With Catalyst Support Services, you have the freedom to choose the supports that work best for you.
